Consultancy is a saturated market and it will either take ground-breaking approach or immense experience to make through the noise. I was lacking both. The only challenge consultancy pose is that it keeps demanding constant disruption on your part.
From start, I love to guide others and by getting diverse knowledge through my research and work, I get the ability to find the pattern and hidden pathways. I keep it small, consistent and very well oiled. I consult startups and professional on multiple domains from human performance, idea creation, system building and designing and brand building.
- Consult multiple startups, founders, students and professionals
- Thousands of hours of conversations, free guidance and working with clients helps me in becoming a better thinker.
- Still going...
I will try to figure out a framework and develop my philosophy around it.
I will put more weight on my personal disruption parallel to client guidance.
- Consulting someone to bring the required change is an authentic process with no gaurantee that client will follow through on your suggestion. So, taking things personally is the worse way to approach it.
- Consultant must stick to advice backed by well crafted strategy instead of jump into the process to make change happen. Making change happen is more related to coaching and involve more financial resources than just being a consultant.
