Here are the Details of My Dream Project
As our work was growing, we constantly face a challenge to meet people and to advance ourselves from a professional place. We need an office.
Instead of going for an office, I choose to go for a personal development R&D Lab: The Cortex.
This not only provide us a place to sit and give us an office but it also turn us highly strategic thinkers in our space.
I designed the whole place with absolute precision of lab: Big white board, tables, book racks, etc. Each and every single thing customized and designed with an aim to re-shuffle easily.
This provides us the place to not only held meetings but one-on-one coaching and small training sessions.

- It is one thing to reach at certain place in life but it is totally another game to sustain it.
- Disrespecting the success you achieve by not consistently showing up can not only end your success will hit your confidence and self-respect at its core.
- After reaching a certain level in your progress graph, you cannot afford to show up with your B Game.
- While dealing with tensions and daily demands, we must not forget to use the resources we already have in our control and we should take the complete advantage out of those resources.
