Managers and Leaders in organizations usually fail to communicate what does high-performance actually means to them and for their organization. And if they didn’t communicate it to their employees and teams then how can they measure it and what can be the standard of great performance for employees to measure themselves against.
I extracted the high-performance principles out of performance accelerator and create a one day program for professionals. Basically, I created a blueprint for employees to follow and managers to measure their teams up against.
Through that one day program, I promoted the concept of what does professionally truly means and what are the top 3 disciplines to work on.

They are totally numb to the fact that they can do better but because they never find out the time to go through details of their field they just keep doing the daily work and keep themselves addicted to month to month reward cycle.
